WHY IS YOUR ORDER BEING SHIPPED LATE?

Shipping delays are common in the US, and one of the main reasons for shipping delays is the high demand for streetwear, which can lead to production and shipping backlogs. Since streetwear will be manufactured in factories in China to take advantage of lower labor costs and other production-related savings. As a result, the shipping process can be longer and more complicated, and international shipments travel longer distances and present greater logistical challenges.

While shipping delays can be an inconvenience for customers, it’s important to remember that these delays often provide significant cost savings to consumers. China’s lower production costs allow streetwear to offer its products at lower price points, meaning customers can often purchase them for much less than the brand’s retail price.

Overall, shipping delays are to be expected when purchasing streetwear that is manufactured and packaged in China. While the process of waiting for your order to arrive can be frustrating, for many customers, the lower prices and cost savings that come with a delay can make the wait worth it.


CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.


WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

Items are shipped Duty Paid and we do not charge Value Added Tax (VAT). All taxes, duties and customs charges are the responsibility of Sleepspire, the sender of the package.


SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY:

In such cases, if the package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package to the correct address.
  2. Address Correction: a. If a customer realizes they have provided an incorrect shipping address after placing an order, they should contact our customer support team immediately. b. Depending on the stage of order processing, we will make reasonable efforts to update the address if possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the address can be corrected, especially if the package has already been shipped.
